Question : I was wondering if my belly button piercing is infected. I attatched a picture.

Hello
I can see there is bit redness around the piercing.
There is s possibility of infection.
Apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine.
It will give you good result.
If there ud puss formation oral antibiotics might be required.

Tea tree oil has antibacterial properties.
It may help you but it's Better to go for an established antibiotic cream like mupirocine.
