Red eye can be because of infection or allergy.

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
It seems that you are having red eyes from the picture that you have uploaded.
Red eyes is a common clinical problem and the main causes are allergies and infections.
If there is redness with discharge then it is most probably infective conjunctivitis and treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops.
If there is redness with itching then it is probably because of allergic conjunctivitis and treatment is by use of anti allergic eye drops.
Hence as of now you can start antibiotic eye drops like ciprofloxacin and depending on the response you can take further treatment.
If the redness is associated with severe pain and blurring of vision you need to consult ophthalmologist.
Hope I have answered your question and it is helpful to you.

Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
As I have already explained, antiallergic eye drops would be useful for you and if you have a good response then you should continue with that.
The cause of this kind of allergy could be due to dust particles, small insect or some foreign body but here no need to worry as with using eye drops you will be alright.
If you get discharge from the eye then you can add antibiotics eye drops like ciprofloxacin.
Hope it will be useful for you.
Regards,
