Question : Hello, I am 29 years old and have been dating just one woman over the past year. I have recently noticed that directly after having sex that I have had slight redness/irritation and very small bumps which also make my penis tip feel dry. After a couple days the symptoms go away and there is no pain or discharge whatsoever. I do have sensitive skin and this started not too long after she got on birth control. Any help would be great. I apply cream to help the dryness but what causes the irritation?

Brief Answer: Allergic reaction Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query. There is a possibility that you have developed an allergic reaction to any product used by her. Sometimes allergy develops even to vaginal secretions. This allergy can develop at any time. I advice you to apply a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone immediately after sexual intercourse. This will take care of allergy. Slowly your body will adapt and these lesions will stop appearing. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you
