Question : hello doctor.. my son is 8 months and 3 weeks. he has redness and little pimples. he is teething and saliva is coming continuously. please advice. attaching the images as well

Hello mam, I understand your health concerns.
No active intervention is required for drooling saliva if the baby if he is feeding properly.
For acne also just keep his face and hands clean and wash his face time and again daily. They will go by an year of age.
