Brief Answer:
Yes, it is conjuctivitis - pinky eye

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your picture and can admit that the redness on your eyeball is well notable.

This makes me think for possible conjuctivitis (pink eye). If the redness is noted recently, it is a case of acute conjunctivitis caused by :
- allergy
- infection (bacterial, viral)
- dry eyes (exposure to strong wind)

It will be gone in few days, you should keep the eye well clean and rinse with chamomile tea at night.

If it has been there for quite long time, to my opinion, you should consult with an ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope it was of help!
