What Causes Redness On Foreskin And Tip Of Penis?

Question: The head of my penis does not come out
The lips ( outer of parts ) of the foreskin is red as well
the head for the foreskin is red I feel like I am medium rare
thinking I have Balanitis
what do you think
Having be using Basitracin Onintment to clam it down and its working but as mention can not get the head out
the pulling down of the foreskin feels tight

More information -- All this I think happen when I had an older lady give me oral sex--we did not have sex she perform oral only on me -but right after performing I did go and clean myself with XXXXXXX to hot water --after a few days I found myself hurt and first the 3 to four day I applied rubbing alcohol and my foreskin was getting hard and crisp then place the Bacitracin onintment and feeling better
