Brief Answer:
Possible Chronic balanoposthitis?

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

As per your history, you seem to have chronic balanoposthitis, which is inflammation of the glans penis and foreskin.

Its important that you use right kind of antibiotics that can resolve this infection.

Antibiotics like Guducef CV taken for twice a day taken under medical prescription is quite effective.

Additionally circumcision will help to prevent such infections in the future.

Maintenance of genital hygiene is extremely vital in your case.

I advise you to consult a Urologist in person for expert management.

Post your further queries, if any.
Thank you.
