What Causes Redness On Penis Post Masturbation?

Question: After sex and masturbation for the past week i have been noticing the area around the rim of my penis get very red, then the next day it fades but still somewhat noticeable. This picture is of it the next day. I first noticed it after one day of sex a few times in that one day.

The most common cause of redness around the rim is condom allergy or any product used by your partner.

We dont use condoms but the night when it first started we used a lubricant, but have not used it since. Everytime i masturbate or have sex now it gets inflammed and real read in multiple spots under the head. I have attached another picture to show it not as inflammed.

Apply a mild steroid like fluticasone for 10 days and don't use that lubricant again.

I have 1% hydrocortisone anti-ich cream will this work? I cant find fluticasone over the counter.
