What Causes Redness On The Glans Penis?

Question: Head of penis is red on aboot 50%. Had balanitis some years ago and had circumcision. Feel this is from minimal wet underware Tried pads and helped some . Used Super beta prostate and things got better but feel the herbs caused dreams and loss of sleep.

Redness of the glans penis is due to infection (Ballanitis).

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Are you diabetic ?
2) Did you have sex very recently ?

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Do not apply any powder over glans penis it will lead to form a scab which may bleed .
