Brief Answer:
Boil/Furuncle

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query
I have gone through the case history.
I feel this problem can be resolved by appropriate use of anti-bacterial treatment.

Follow below instructions

1 Avoid wearing tight cloths, keep the affected area dry.Use cotton /soft cloths

2 Compress the affected areas with saline water at 25-30 C temperature several times a day and then let it dry

3 Mupirocin cream or ointment couple of times day

4 Oral antibiotic. For most such patients that I see, Linezolid , generic name, works best given twice a day

5 Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen to take care of pain and swelling.
^.If you have pain , give hot fermentation, which gives relief

It is possible that you have caught infections following the initial episode of itching.

Thank you
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks again

Boil in the picture u have sent is not looking like a herpes .Usually in herpes you can find water filled blister.

So need not worry about herpes now.

Just follow instructions which i have given above. Use that cream and take antibiotic. It may get resolved within a week.

Take care
