Probably due to weather.

Thanks for uploading the pictures.
I think it is probably due to weather. Or it can be due to some local irritants.
I don't think it needs and treatment except an antiallergic medication like atarax.
If it persists or you develop more symptoms like itching, burning, pain, then you must consult your doctor.
