Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed sun burns.
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice daily.
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 over the exposed areas like face, neck and upper back before going out in the sun.
Wear full sleeved clothes.
You might need to take a short course of oral antihistamines like levocetrizine once daily at night for three to five days.
Hope it helps
