Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am happy to see you have already reached 27 weeks . This is good.

It is difficult to say why there are reduced fetal movements. I request you to get an ultrasound scan done to check liquor around baby. Reduced liquor leads to reduced fetal movement in some women.

I don't think there should be anything major. It is likely to improve in next couple of days. Eat well , drink more water and sleep well meanwhile.

9.8 hemoglobin has nothing to do with this.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Regards.
