Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Most pregnant ladies appreciate fetal kicks better after a meal. So after food is the best time to check for fetal movements. If the number of fetal kicks is more than 10 in a day, then there is nothing to be worried about.

Fetal movement is one means to learn about fetal well-being. If she can't appreciate fetal kicks or if she has reduced fetal movements below 10 in a day, then she needs to visit her gynecologist immediately. The doctor can assess the status after physical check up and ultrasound scan.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
