                                    Brief Answer:
Please do hormonal tests
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.
The first thing we have to see is whether you are having some hormone disorder. Please consult an endocrinologist.
The usual way we treat are
1. We will check the penile length, volume of testes, sexual hair, breast size etc
2. We will order hormone tests - testosterone (8am), LH, FSH, prolactin and thyroid function tests are usually ordered
We treat based on these test reports. If you have some hormonal problems,it is easily treatable.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you
