Brief Answer:
Due to low doses of Olanzapine you are having problems in sleeping

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Olanzapine and Abilify both are anti-psychotic drugs. Both are second generation drugs. Olanzapine is known to cause significant sedation and thus result in sleep. Abilify is not associated with sedation and it doesn't cause sleep. So this is the reason that you are having problems in sleeping.

Best thing in such case that can be done is to call your doctor and if you have prescription of Zolpidem then you can take that drug for sleep for some time. Other option is to reduce the doses very gradually. Doses should be reduced from 10 mg to 7.5 mg and then once sleep is stabilised then it can be reduced further. Please talk to your doctor for this.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care.

Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
