Question : if after 48 hrs also it did not happen then I had mifepristone on Saturday and waited for 48hrs then yesterday I took misopristol blooding got started but till morning it stopped and today also I took B set of misopristol so now what should I do

You should wait for 24 hours after taking the second dose of misoprostol.
If the bleeding do not starts with passage of clots in this time, then there is failure of medical method and you need to go for surgical evacuation for abortion.

after having doing the full course of abortion pill I have waited also but blood came one day after blood is not coming but blood clot is comingand with some little bit sticky substance having blood
