Question : I am 59 years old in April and for the last approximately 10 years the amount of semen I have produced has been reducing. It used to be quite a lot but is now reduced to very little. I am still active sexually (normally 2-3 times per week) there is no pain or discomfort and no other reason to complain.
Is this normal ?
will it stop altogether?
I have recently had a prostate exam and had my PSA measured and all is ok there.

Hi,

It is normal to have reduced semen value as age progresses. There is nothing to worry.
