Question : I am a chronic back pain patient. I am havingg groin pain, sometimes a sudden movement can cause sharp pain. My pain management doctor seems to think it's referred pain from my back. I recently had a sacrola( sp?) Injection and that doctor seems to think it's
My hip...any comments?

Hi and welcome.
This may be referred pain but it would have some other features such as pain radiating to leg and knees and tingles in leg. So it may be inguinal hernia or neuropathy of inguinal nerves. I think you should do MRI scan of lumbar spine and check blood sugar,potassium and B12 vitamin. Pain should be managed with nonsteroid painkillers or oxycodone. Wish you good health. Regards
