Brief Answer:
Right eye needs to be corrected by glasses.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having refractive error in the form of astigmatism following lasik surgery.

0.25 dioptres of cylindrical power is small and this does not require correction by spectacles.
0.75 dioptres of cylindrical power is significant and this may require correction by spectacles depending on the blurring of vision problem you are having.

Since it is 4 months following lasik surgery you can wait for another 2-3 months before wearing spectalces.
But if you are having problems of blurring of vision or headache then you need to wear the spectacles.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
