Brief Answer:
Vascular or muscle related disorder suspected.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Repeated cramps in the calf region is the problem that you are facing.
In such a situation I would like to rule out a vascular problem in the calf region.
Vascular problems like obstruction can lead to pain in the region.
Obstruction is commonly caused by a clot.
Thus, Doppler study will help to visualize the status of blood vessels of the calf region.
Besides vascular problem, muscle related problem can also cause the pain.
A clinical assessment will differentiate between these two conditions.
Kindly, consult a surgeon for clinical assessment and prescription of investigations.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
