Brief Answer:
please see details

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
Heart rate is a continuous variable which changes from beat to beat. It is increased by any kind of physical, mental or emotional stress. Moreover a single ready is not reliable to compare. If you do not have any symptoms pertaining to lower heart rate like blackout, syncope or unexplained fall or dizziness, this rate is really normal. You must not be worried about it.
Cough with sputum with minimal shortness of breath indicates upper respiratory tract infection and warrants a visit to GP.
Take steam inhalation. That will help.
Feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder

Brief Answer:
wait, relax, try to built up stamina slowly.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
A number of factors can cause lethargy, decrease energy levels, lose of concentration. A recent infection, course of clarithromycin, anxiety can all be responsible causes. Definitely, a marginally high cholesterol is not contributing to it.
I would only recommend you relax, try to do meditation, relaxation exercise/ yoga and supervised daily exercise. Slowly and slowly build up on only daily exercise/ XXXXXXX walk. Try to eat healthy food and avoid processed/ fried foods. i am not a proponent of supplements/ vitamins and energy drinks.
A good healthy diet rich in fruits/ vegetables/ cereals/ nuts / legumes is best energy tonic/ supplement.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
