What Causes Retractile Testicle In A Child?

Question: hello my son is 6 years old , he had today a physical check with our family doctor and she said it was hard to found one of his testicule. she advise surgery.

arrive at home i check my son his testicule is there. may be he was scared by her test ?

he is taller than his age never had any problem like that.Advise please.

Children of this age may have retractile testis a condition in which testis retracts during examination/cold and comes back to its normal position itself.
I assume the same condition in your child's case.
In this condition no specific intervention is needed and testis usually descends to scrotum permanently during puberty.
