Brief Answer: Retrograde ejaculation. Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX, This type of problem is called Retrograde ejaculation. As you have undergone TURP, some portion of the prostrate is damaged due to resection, causing the semen to enter back into the urinary bladder during orgasm rather than coming out. There is at present very little that can be offered for treatment, however, you may try some drugs which may help a bit. . Hope this helps.
