My Opinion and Comments-
Based on the data submitted,You seem to suffer from-Colitis with IBS with GERD.
Your abdominal pains are bad-mostly because of the acute bout of colitis which you suffer from currently.
Do's Suggested-
Tab Dicyclomine-1 x 2-3 times per day x 5 days
Check with Physician and get Stool test done.
Start antibiotics with antiprotozoals (like-Ciplox-OZ) x 5 days to control colitis.
Bland diet with Yoghurt-to stabilize colonic bacterial flora
Also Check for other causes of IBS with GERD,with current acute bout of Colitis.
Avoid spicy,fried diet to prevent recurrence.
Next appointment- for follow up-
Keep Me updated after a week or in case of emergency need.
