Question: I am 32 years old. I got abdominal (right side in upper part) pain for 2 days(but not continuously) within 3months after my delivery. I got this kind of pain 2 / 3 times.
In US scan, Gall Bladder is normal in distension with dense sludge. E/o few calculi seen in neck region of sizes 2 - 5mm. LIVER is normal in size.
I did not take any medicine.
After a month, Again I got similar pain and consulted, started using Ayurvedic medicines for a month expecting that stones will be removed. After using them for 2 weeks, I am not getting any pain now.
Now its almost a month, I have undergone US scan again but it says
Gall Bladder is normal in distension with dense sludge. E/o few calculi seen in lumen of sizes 3 - 6mm. LIVER is normal in size.

I dont know what to do and I dont want to undergone surgery at this age.

Brief Answer:
You have gallstone pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

You have pain due to acute calculous cholecystitis. This means you are having pain due to gallbladder disease caused by stones.
You have recurrent attacks of cholcystitis.
This is an indication of surgery.
Surgery is done to prevent complications like jaundice, obstruction to bile flow and pancreatitis.
There is no need to worry about the surgery. It can be done laparascopically. You can return home the same day or in two days. And you can return to routine work in a week.
Though you do not want surgery, that is the right treatment for your problem.

Meanwhile you can take Udiliv 300 mg twice a day.

I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
