Brief Answer:
This could be peptic ulcer disease, gallbladder disease, or pancreatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. The symptoms you described nonspecific for a particular etiology. However when all the put together it is possible that you have some peptic ulcer disease causing abdominal discomfort. The fact that it's right-sided would suggest a gallbladder etiology. However the radiation to the back could actually mean this is pancreatitis (Acute or chronic.). Testing for thes can be done in your local doctor's office and does not need hospitalization are extensive and expensive testing. However a detailed focused physical exam is needed and therefore I would urge you to see a local doctor who can do a preliminary tests and zero in on what is going on. As you can imagine each of these will have different treatments and therapies. It would therefore be very premature for me to suggest any treatment. I hope this helps good luck.
