Brief Answer:
likely related to muscles and soft tissue

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pain can originate from the skin inwards. The structures on the right side of the abdomen are: skin, muscles/tendons and other soft tissue, lower aspect of rib cage, liver, gallbladder, intestines, appendix, right kidney, lower aspect of the lung.

Since the pain is in the upper abdomen, it would make appendix and right kidney unlikely as the source of the pain though rarely kidney stones can present with pain in this area.
This type of pain however is normally very severe and cramping in nature.

Pain associated with the liver and gallbladder are normally associated with additional signs and symptoms.
Pain related to the liver and gallbladder may be due to infection, trauma (would normally have to be severe trauma), gallstones, heart failure (causes fluid build up on the liver), leukemia, lymphoma.

These would all have additional symptoms such as fever, weight loss, jaundice, history of heart disease, trauma.
IN the absence of these the pain is unlikely related to the liver or gallbladder.

Lung- conditions involving the lower aspect the lung would be pneumonia or pulmonary embolism but again these would be associated with a host of other symptoms.

Intestines-diverticular disease, colitis (inflammation of the colon), irritable bowel syndrome.
Colitis and diverticular disease would also have some or all of these-fever, blood in stool , constipation or diarrhoea, vomiting, appetite loss

This would leave muscles, soft tissues and lower aspect of ribs. Based on the fact that it is worse on specific movements , inflammation of one or more of these is likely.
Inflammation of the soft tissues and muscles can sometimes occur with unexpected movements or slight trauma
The continued use of the ibuprofen would be helpful. In addition, restricting aggravating movements would also be advised.

If additional worrying symptoms develop then you should see your doctor for assessment because accurate diagnosis of abdominal pain relies a lot on physical examination.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
