Brief Answer:
May be Colitis - Clinical evaluation and investigations

Detailed Answer:
hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male / 30 - Stomach ache or cramps in the right lower abdomen - sometimes moves through left on lying down - increases on relaxing and reduces on walking - Nice to know you have no other medical problems - You are not taking any medicines at the moment nor you have allergies.

Few more things provided by you would have helped me more to have more clear view, please give feedback.
- Since when have you got this problem ?
- Any associated symptoms like fever, loose motions or constipation, nausea, vomiting, fever distension ?
- Any urinary symptoms ?

The most probable reasons can be:
- Inflammation of the large bowel - colitis.
- Part of Irritable bowel syndrome
- Rare causes like Meckel's Diverticulitis and so on.

To know a more clear diagnosis we need the following:
- Clinical evaluation and actual physical examination by a Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist.
- Tests of blood, urine and stool occasionally can help in differential diagnosis.
- Ultrasonography helps to rule-out other problems like appendicitis, stones in the Ureter, cystitis meaning inflamed urinary bladder, lymph nodes and so many other possibilities. Helps in diagnosis by exclusion.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis at the earliest and hence the most proper treatment.

Please feel free to ask for more if you need to ask relevant questions or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
