Brief Answer:
AGE - Acute gastroenteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic. Dr. Ganesh.

1.The history and symptoms suggest the possible cause could be acute gastro-enteritis / food allergy. In this case the symptoms like decreased appetite, loose stools and abdominal discomfort are possible.

2.Suggest to take more of liquid food like juice, more of salads and fruits. Avoid fat containing food, junk and spicy food and any addictions like alcohol and so on for at least 3-4 days. That will help to get the GIT - gastrointestinal tract normalised. ( avoid greasy food )

3.If the symptoms are unbearable - you might need a course of antibiotics. Get an appointment and treated accordingly.

4.If symptoms are manageable, maintain diet and Symptomatic treatment. Good luck.

Sorry for what you are experiencing.

In this case if symptoms are unbearable you may need antibiotic treatment along with symptomatic treatment.

Probably IV - intravenous antibiotic and fluids might be helpful.

Please visit Emergency - they will assess the severity and treat you accordingly.
