Question : i am having pain right side of abdomin. sharp pains below ribs.

Your pain may be related to:
- colon distention (spastic colitis)
- gallbladder issues
- chest muscles
- cardiovascular problems (in rare cases)

This is why I strongly recommend doing the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- blood work
- ecg
- abdominal ultrasound
- chest x-ray
- upper endoscopy

Meanwhile, I would like to suggest as follows:
- use hot bags locally this will help to relieve spastic and muscle pain
- use spazmex
- use advil
