What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain?
Question: I have rcc. Left kidney removed. Stage 4 cancer. Sus;pcious spot on LL 1. I hjave been experiencing abdominal pain on right side. Fluids provide some relief.

My Primary Impression and suggestions.
Based on the submitted data, You seem to have developed current Constipation from diuretics -due to induced fluid losses.
That's the reason why Amitiza-a chloride channel activator which acts by increasing volumes of stool -is not effective in your case,because its proper action would need enough body hydration to be effective.
You seem to be dehydrated from stress of disease and also dehydrated from Lasix use.
That's the reason,why fluid intake gives some relief,as submitted by YOU.
Do's Suggested-
In the given scenario,I would suggest you to take plenty of water to keep you hydrated enough, in a stressful condition through which you are going due to stage-4 Kidney cancer.
So don't get worried with this Constipation and bloating which is due to Constipation itself.
Next appointment-
24 x 7 -in case of emergency needs/ and or after 15 days from now,by which time you would have come out with results and observations from these suggestions given ,for further help in planning future treatment.
