Such pain is quite characteristic for a gallstones. Especially if the pain is associated with fatty foods intake.
If you have some spine issues, such pain can also appear due to spine disc herniation for example.
However I would start with abdominal issues. I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound done at first. Your GP would be fine at this point.
If no gallstones, you should consult orthopedist.

                                    Thanks..I have a Dr appt for the 31st...I do not think it is arthritis..for nausea has raised its ugly head...In your opinion will waiting two weeks be ok?...I am watching what I am eating and taking Tumeric and Milk Thistle...Blessings!..
