Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Strictly unilateral symptoms may be suggestive of stroke, transient ischemic attacks or seizures.
It is better to visit to a doctor especially neurologist for examination and further workup.
Thalamic stroke and some other strategic stroke may manifest with only sensory features without any weakness.
Brain imaging and blood tests like blood sugar, lipid profile, renal function and liver function tests may be required.
ECG and 2D echo may be required.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
