Question : I have a pain about 3 inches from my belly button and to the right - what could cause this?

Pain 3 inches from the belly button usually indicates colitis. That is infection of the intestines. It is common in patients who eat out a lot or have constipation. Here is what you should do

1. Take probiotics like Tab Sporolac three times a day, it replenishes your gut with good useful bacteria
2. Avoid milk and milk products until you are better
3. Drink plenty of water, about 6-8 glasses per day. Warm water is better for peristalsis and also has lubricating effect
