Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr. Sameer, Cardiologist.
Your chest pain does not seem to be cardiac. It looks like a muscle pain & aspirin won't decrease the pain. Take a mild painkiller(eg. Tylenol) and the pain should decrease.
Cardiac pain is generally on the left side of chest & radiates to the left arm. It increases on exertion & decreases on rest. It is nonlocalized (i.e. it is diffused). It does not decrease with a pain killer.
But I'd still recommend you to get an ECG done to rule out any associated cardiac event.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks and take care
