Question : Experiencing hard skin & muscle pain in right shoulder blade, now radiating around to right breast. Started Friday and I said is spreading. Can't see Doctor till 9/7. No injury, felt like twisted bra strap on back when it began. Getting really scared/concerned...

Could be cerviccal disc prolapse.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
Pain on right side of shoulder and arm and spreading to (R) breast could be due to , In my opinion, Slipped disc at neck C4-5 Level. The hard XXXXXXX feel is due to partial loss of sensation.
I suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants , And neck Physiotherapy. Get X Rays of neck also.
