Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you so much for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on the helpful information you have provided, I suspect any one of the following to be the cause for your presentation:
+Ovarian pain: This could be due to variois reasons like ovarian cysts, etc. But as you do posses a right ovary, it is important to have your right ovary examined
+Infections: Some times infections can result from surgeries that were perfomed long before
+Internal stitches posing to be a problem
+Physical activity (in your case sexual intercourse) interfering or irritating your bowels
Either way it would be best to visit a doctor. I understand your entire purpose for writing to us was to avoid a physical consultation ma'am, but a visit to your doctor would be in your best interest as you may require an ultrasound examination as well as a physical examination with a detailed history.
I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.
