What Causes Right-sided Soreness In The Chest, Arm And Back?

Question: i have been sore on my upper right chest, my right upper back and my right arm. also, my right upper leg muscles are sore. I do gave two pinnched nerves on my lower spine. i gave degenerative discs on my spine also. sometime my right arm has a nerve sensation. Everything seems to be on my right side. any thoughts?

Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Sore (R) arm ,right chest and back is generally due to pinching of one nerve in neck at the level of C4-5 with pressure on C5 nerve root. Upper leg muscle are sore due to pinching of nerves in your lower spine .
I suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants and physiotherapy ( Exercises + Interferential therapy with q machine). For confirmation of diagnosis MRI is required.
It may be just coincidence or posture for everything to be on right side.

There is a nerve C5 root which affects the areas -arm ,front of chest and back of chest in upper part. Any pressure on this nerve will cause pain like you have.
