Brief Answer:
right upper quadrant pain

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have noticed pain in the right upper quadrant of your abdominal area. This area is usually associated with gall bladder problems. If your pain comes with fatty foods then you may have gall stones. This can be checked with an ultrasound of the abdomen.

Also in that general area could be ulcers and sometimes kidney stones. If the pain is the worst ever then it would be kidney stones. If the pain starts 2 hours after a meal and gets better with eating then it could be gastritis or stomach ulcers.

Lastly this could just be pulled muscles.
