Brief Answer:
Tinnitis/ringing in the ear

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

There are a number of causes that can be related to headache/ pain with ringing in the ears. The most obvious cause such as an ear infection needs to be looked for primarily. If there is earache , discharge or decreased hearing on the side then an ENT consultation should be sought. Chronic untreated or incompletely treated sinusitis can also be an organic cause related to depression. The nausea or sensation of throwing up is likely to be due to GERD/dyspepsia or gastritis. PPIs like lansoprazole with metoclopramide can be advised for 2 weeks to help with this. You should continue the Zoloft, serouquel, Xanax for now. If the symptoms related to anxiety worsen or persist then they can be adjusted or replaced with alternative options in consult with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
