Question : I am hearing continue sound like ssssss ear problem since 2 years no pain sound is almost contnueosly disterbence

Though your question is not clear, I will explain about tinnitus.
Tinnitus is a condition where there is feeling of some noise either in head or in the ear.
Tinnitus is due to blood vessel disorders, and effects from medications.
The most common causes of tinnitus are age-related hearing loss, exposure to loud noises, earwax blockage in the ear canal, and abnormal bone growth in the ear. Less common causes include an inner ear disorder called Meniere's disease, stress and depression, head or neck injuries, and a benign tumor of the cranial nerve called acoustic neuroma.
You need thorough evaluation for the same from a physician or ENT surgeon OR vertigo specialist doctors.
Treatment of the cause may relieve the symptom of tinnitus or it will atleast decrease the severity.
It is recommended to avoid noise exposure, not to insert anything inside ear canal.Maintaining good cardiovascular health by brisk excercises may reduce the causes of blood disorders.
