Question : My grandson when very active get rosy glow to his face. could this be relate to a heart condition.

Hi,

If your son had a heart problem, the first sign would have been that he is unable to play and get very active. Getting very active shows that the heart is well and can work hard to meet the great demands during exercising.

With exercise, vascularization to the face may increase and account for this observation. I am confident it represents no disease condition but would appreciate a picture for inspection and more insights.
