Stomach pain, vomiting along with egg burps since short time will go in favor of parasitic infection like Acute giardiasis or Acute amoebiasis.

I suggest you course of Tablet of Tinidazole / Metronidazole prescribed by your local doctor. Eat piping hot food and drink safe water which is boiled and cooled for another one month. Maintain personal hygiene religiously.
