default
Posted on Mon, 15 Dec 2014
Question: i recently developed what best described as rough feeling area under my tongue and over the course of several days it has spread to inside of lips and gum line. I had to get very bright light but was able to see on my lips very very small little white dots. it doesn't hurt just feels like my mouth is like sandpaper. My biggest fear is on Saturday i gave a girl i met cunnilingus and this seemed to start two days later. Nothing i see or read matches what i have. they are not sores they are not visible patches but it seems to be spreading all over in my mouth.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.first of all thanks for approaching healthcare magic for your query.
Read through your query and according I feel that there is nothing much to be feared in this case.It can be due to some allergic condition either due to some food stuffs you had or some medication you are taking etc or can be due to deficiency of some vitamins.
Since you don't have any systemic symptoms like pain or fever till now it cant be an infection. So according to your explanations and based on your symptoms I feel it will be relieved in few days time.Meanwhile you can follow various oral hygiene practices like
1)brush twice daily
2)continue doing salt water gargle
3)do chlorhexidine mouthwash
4)do tongue scraping
5)take lots and lots of water
6)have green leafy vegetables and fruits(if at all any vitamin deficiency is present)
follow these steps and wait for few days and if still persists meet a nearby dentist or a dermatologist(if any skin erruptions or rashes are coming). In your present condition you are fine.Besides all these dont get tensed thinking of this be cool and stressfree.Stressfree and happy mind can be best medication to every conditions.Hope you are benefitted something from this reply. If more queries please be free to approach me.Have a healthy day!!!
