                                            Question : My age is 19 nd I m a boy... when i sleep in the bed i feel one small rounded structure in parineal scrotal area left side. my question is that is it a.. nerve cord structure??? i think it may be a bone or a nerve..is it exist in evry person or a every male???

However diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a General Surgeon and tumor being sent for histopathological test after removing it ...
