Question : My age is 19 nd I m a boy... when i sleep in the bed i feel one small rounded structure in parineal scrotal area left side. my question is that is it a.. nerve cord structure??? i think it may be a bone or a nerve..is it exist in evry person or a every male???

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a soft tissue benign tumor in perineal region .

However diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a General Surgeon and tumor being sent for histopathological test after removing it ...

There is no bone nor any nerve in that area .

Can a lump will disappear without taking any medicine???its surface is nt swellen..whnevr i suppress that area i got the round structure and sometimes i evn dont get the round structure....... nd its it a Node???
