Question: I walk almost daily around 45 minutes. The last couple of days about half way through my walk, my legs have started to feel rubbery and weak. Any idea what might cause this?

Brief Answer:
could be due to vitamin deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

The weakness you are getting could be due vitaimin E deficiency.

I suggest you to take multivitamin tablet containing Vitamin E for 15 days and see the response. If the sensation and weakness doesn't subscide then you may consult your surgeon and get examined for blood or nerve supply problem.

I assume you don't have any dilated veins over the legs.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
