Brief Answer:
There is no reason to be too worried now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this running nose and the pains that you have reported. I have reviewed the information you have provided fully and there is really no reason to be too worried right now. These symptoms are consistent with an upper respiratory tract infection probably caused by a virus. There are just no red flags for now that we should be too concerned about. These symptoms usually abate within a week of onset.

Management of this disease state consists in using Tylenol to control the pains and headaches and managing any other symptoms that may present as well. Should there be a bacterial super-infection, at that time only we would we consider prescribing an antibiotic.

For now, there are no red flags and you can stay calm. Try some Tylenol for pain relief. If symptoms persist or become worse, please contact us for more guidance and orientation.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information if need be. Thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
Did you try the medications?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for following up with me.

I understand your worry about this pain. I will like to find out if you tried the Tylenol as I suggested in the first response. In any case, pain rarely disappears as fast as it starts. I will recommend that you exercise some patience unless something new comes up. I am confident things would slowly but for sure return to normal and I will not want to pursue aggressive measures regarding this right now.

I hope this helps. Coe back to me with updates and I will provide more information that may be needed for further action. Thanks for your patience.
