Brief Answer:
the sinuses on the right seem to be blocked

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on the history mentioned, you seem to have blockage of the sinuses on the right side of your face.

This can cause nasal congestion and may also affect the eyes as well.

You may want to consider the use of --(1)an anti histamine/decongestant combination of medication eg benadryl d, allegra d, zyrtec d, claritine d

(2)a topical decongestant to the nose eg otrivine or normal saline

(3)a warm/not hot compress/towel to the right side of the face for 5 to 10 mins, this would encourage drainage and can be done 2 to 3 times a day

(4) a nasal sprays such as nasonex, nasocort, rhinocort, may also be helpful if the above is not enough

If the drainage is very discolored eg green then antibiotics may be needed as well

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
yes, can be combined with antihistamine/decongestant

Detailed Answer:
HI

Sorry about the delayed reply

Yes, this is fine if a bacterial infection is present but you would still need the antihistamine/decongestant combination and the compress

Antibiotics take a few days to take effect. The antihistamine/decongestant would give more immediate relief
