Question : I have a very runny nose, a slight cough, may have a fever and can't sleep. What would you suggest?

Take fexofenadine and paracetamol.

Detailed Answer:

I can understand your concern.
You should take levocetrizine 5 mg or fexofenadine 120 mg (whichever is available).
Alsmo take paracetamol 500mg.
Possibility of viral infection is more likely.. So drink plenty of fluids orally and do steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
